Here it is – yummy Nougat Cake from Tours!  My version replaces the required confit fruits with fresh pear and raspberry (due to some availability issues), but still a great combination nonetheless!

Have a go at making this one at home and whip up your own pastry as well.  C’mon, it’s easy!
