Now, I certainly don’t claim to be an expert in cheese making but I have made a few cheeses before and I am going to try my hand at it again.

Simply ‘like’ Musette du Jour to follow along as we make our own Brie Cheese. We’ll be getting started this Sunday 5th April and we’ll be posting a list of ingredients and equipment you’ll need to get started later tonight.
