Woohoo!  What a great effort from Victorian Simon Gerrans last night to win Stage 3 on the Tour de France!  Memo to the Orica GreenEdge bus driver … this is what the Team Manager actually meant when he said that the team needed to ‘take out a stage’ on Corsica … Although your  individual efforts are appreciated by viewers worldwide!

Check back tonight for Chicken Marengo.  This one is a local Corsican dish apparently created for, and a firm favourite of Napoleon.  Looks pretty tasty so looking forward to giving this one a go.  I suppose you can’t always have desserts (although there is left over cheesecake for lunch!)
