Get your palate on… we’re off to Corsica!

Okay ladies and gentleman, it’s time to join me on a journey through the culinary highlights of the 2013 Tour de France!  Kicking off at 10pm tonight on SBS we are heading to Corsica where Gabriel Gaté will be cooking up a storm with a Crayfish Linguine (langouste de Corse aux linguine) on Taste le Tour. Mmmm, yum!  Just hoping, when the episode airs tonight, that Chef Gaté will not require me to acutally have to cook the crayfish myself … not relishing the thought of boiling water and live crustaceans!
