Well, what a day.  I can’t say that I expected this little project to be easy but Day 1 was a little trickier than I had planned for!  I guess I have that in common with the bus driver from Orica GreenEdge!  Today has been a day of mad running around to 7 different fishmongers and markets desperately seeking a crayfish.  Who would have thought these little guys could be so hard to come by?  But not to worry, I found one at last!  Click on the Recipes tab to find out what I did with him!
