Okay, so it does not look that appealing, but it is quite a yummy dish and yet again, really simple to make.  Check out the recipe here to give it a go at home.

    I like the idea of yummy and simple – and I like its fresh contrasting colours. This project is such a good idea to go beyond the normal weekly menu – at the end it would be interesting to hear which recipes you think you would add to your normal repertoire 🙂
